The Electronic Brake Booster (EBB) module may enter a faulted state while driving, resulting in an unexpected loss of power brake assist. Affects approximately 312,120 vehicles, including 217,969 F-150 trucks built May 8, 2024 through June 9, 2025, plus 2025 Bronco, Ranger, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator. An unexpected loss of brake boost can extend stopping distance and increase crash risk.
Dealers update the EBB module software at no charge, or owners can receive an over-the-air update. Owner letters were mailed beginning August 25, 2025.

Rear Axle Hub Bolts May Break — Rollaway Risk
On F-150 trucks equipped with the Trailer Tow Max Duty package and the 9.75-inch HD three-quarter float axle, rear axle hub bolts may fatigue and break, stripping the wheel-end hub splines. A vehicle with damaged splines may roll in park without the parking brake applied or lose drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. This recall expands the prior 2021–2023 recall (NHTSA 23V896). Approximately 103,174 vehicles affected, phased by model year.
Dealers replace the left and right rear axle shaft assemblies with revised spline geometry and stronger bolts at no charge. Phased notification began August 22, 2025 and continues through 2026.

The moonroof wind deflector clips may be inadequately attached to the moonroof frame, allowing the deflector to separate from the vehicle while driving. Brake Master Cylinder Cup Seal — Risk of Front Brake Loss
On 2013–2014 F-150 trucks equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine, the master cylinder rear cup seal may roll, allowing brake fluid to leak from the primary reservoir into the brake booster. Loss of fluid in the front brake circuit results in reduced or complete loss of front brake function, increasing stopping distance and the risk of a crash. Approximately 225,012 vehicles affected. The recall has been expanded multiple times (20V332 for 2014–2017 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, 22V150 for 2016–2017 F-150/Expedition/Navigator).
Dealers replace the brake master cylinder, and if leaking, the brake booster as well, free of charge. The original recall began October 2016.

Front Seat Belt Webbing Incorrectly Routed
On 2021 F-150 SuperCab models manufactured January 2 through May 27, 2021 at the Dearborn and Kansas City plants, the front outboard seat belt webbing may have been routed through the rubber trim sleeve only, missing the metal anchor. A misrouted seat belt may not adequately restrain an occupant in a crash, significantly increasing the risk of injury. Regular Cab and SuperCrew body styles use a different seat belt assembly and are not affected. Approximately 16,430 vehicles affected.
Ford notified owners with self-inspection instructions, followed by dealer inspection and replacement of the seat belt retractor and pretensioner free of charge if misrouted. Owner letters mailed September 27, 2021.
