Answers to the most common questions about scheduling service at Astro Ford.

Three ways to schedule: book online using the xtime scheduler above, schedule through the FordPass® App on your smartphone or call our service department at (228) 275-3673. When booking, choose whether you want in-store service, Ford Pickup & Delivery or Ford Mobile Service, then select your service, preferred date and time slot.

To schedule online, you’ll need your vehicle year, make and model (or VIN for fastest service routing), your name, phone number and email, plus a brief description of the service you need. If you’re scheduling Pickup & Delivery or Mobile Service, you’ll also need to provide your service address. Pulling up your VIN ahead of time helps our team check for any open recalls or warranty work.

For routine in-store service like oil changes, tire rotations and brake inspections, Astro Ford’s Express Service handles same-day visits without an appointment. For more complex repairs, same-day in-store availability depends on parts and technician schedule — call (228) 275-3673 to check. Same-day appointments are not available for Pickup & Delivery or Mobile Service — both require advance scheduling.

Loaner availability depends on the type of service and current loaner inventory. For warranty repairs and major service work, ask about loaner availability when scheduling. For shorter visits, our comfortable waiting area with WiFi and refreshments may be a faster option. Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service typically don’t require a loaner since your vehicle returns the same day or never leaves your location.

Yes — when booking online, select Ford Pickup & Delivery or Ford Mobile Service as your service option, then provide your pickup and drop-off (or service) address. You can also schedule directly through the FordPass® App or by calling (228) 275-3673. Distance restrictions apply based on your location relative to Astro Ford.

Open Ford safety recalls are completed at no charge regardless of how long you’ve owned the vehicle. Look up your VIN on our recall lookup page, then schedule the repair using the scheduler above. Many recalls can be completed during a regular maintenance visit, through Pickup & Delivery or via Mobile Service for software-only updates.

Browse current Astro Ford service specials and mention any applicable offer when scheduling or at check-in. Most Ford service rebates and offers are eligible across in-store service, Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service except where expressly excluded. FordPass® Rewards Points can also be redeemed toward your service total at participating Ford dealers.

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel through the same xtime scheduler you used to book, through the FordPass® App or by calling our service department at (228) 275-3673. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations so we can offer the slot to other customers, but we understand schedules change.

Yes — Astro Ford’s service department services many non-Ford makes and models, particularly for routine maintenance, tires, brakes and diagnostics. Ford Mobile Service can also perform maintenance on Ford and many non-Ford vehicles. Call (228) 275-3673 to confirm whether we can handle your specific vehicle and repair before scheduling.

For larger service expenses, ask your service advisor about Ford Service Credit (Ford’s branded service credit card) and pay-over-time options at checkout.
