Ford Mobile Service brings the dealership to your driveway. Astro Ford dispatches a Ford factory-trained technician in a fully equipped Mobile Service vehicle — carrying genuine Ford parts, professional tools and lifts capable of raising a Super Duty — directly to your home, office or worksite.1
Our technicians perform many of the same routine maintenance and light repair services on-site that we do in our service department: oil changes, brakes, batteries, tire rotations, fluid services, diagnostic scanning, software updates and recall work.

Heavier repairs go to Pickup & Delivery.
Yes. Ford factory-trained and certified — the same technicians who service vehicles in our service department. They use Ford procedures, genuine Motorcraft® parts and Ford diagnostic equipment in the Mobile Service vehicle.
Per Ford Motor Company, Mobile Service can perform maintenance on Ford and many non-Ford vehicles. Availability for non-Ford makes depends on specific repair and parts availability. Call (228) 388-6111 to confirm.

You don’t need to watch over the technician but do need to be reachable to discuss findings, approve additional work and inspect the completed service. Most customers continue with their day while the work is performed.
