Talk to us before you come in

Book a short call with someone here to ask whatever you want. How the process works, what a vehicle is actually like, where your credit stands, what a repair involves. No lot, no desk, no pressure to schedule anything after.

Anything is fair game

What people actually use these calls for

Most of it has nothing to do with picking a car. These are the conversations that come up most.

“Walk me through a specific vehicle”

We’ll pull up the one you’re looking at and show you around it on video. The cargo area with the seats folded, how the tech actually works, what the wear looks like on a used one. Questions a photo set won’t answer.

“How does any of this work?”

What happens in what order, what you sign and why, how long a purchase really takes, what the finance office is for. If you haven’t bought a car in a decade, a lot has changed.

“Here’s my credit situation”

A repossession two years ago, a bankruptcy that just discharged, no credit history at all. Say it out loud to someone who reads these every day, before you fill anything out. See our financing guides if you’d rather read first.

“What’s my trade really worth?”

How we get to a number, what condition and mileage do to it, and what happens if you still owe more than it’s worth. You can also get an offer online first and talk through it on the call.

“What is my car doing?”

Describe the noise, the light, the smell. An advisor can usually tell you whether it’s urgent, roughly what’s involved, and whether it’s worth fixing at all on an older vehicle.

“I’m not ready to buy”

Genuinely fine. Some people are eight months out and want to know what to do with their credit between now and then. That’s a good use of fifteen minutes.

Setting expectations

What this isn’t

Worth being clear up front, because “book a call” means something different at most dealerships.

It isn’t a sales appointment

Nobody is going to ask you to come in at the end. If you want to schedule something, say so and we will. If you don’t, the call just ends.

It isn’t a credit application

We can talk about your credit without running it. Nothing on this page touches your credit report. When you’re ready, pre-qualifying uses a soft inquiry that doesn’t affect your score.

It isn’t a firm quote

We can explain how pricing and payments are built, and what moves them. Real numbers need a real vehicle and a real application behind them.

It isn’t a commitment

You can book a call, ask three questions, and go buy somewhere else. We’d rather be useful than pushy about it.

Pick a time

Book your call

Tell us roughly when works and what you want to talk about. We’ll confirm the time and send a link if you chose video.

No credit check, no application, and nothing scheduled at the dealership unless you ask for it.

Three steps

How it works

1. You book

Fill in the form above with a rough window. The more you tell us about the topic, the better we can match you with the right person.

2. We confirm

You’ll hear back the same business day with a time. For video calls we send a link you open in your browser. Nothing to install.

3. We talk

Usually about fifteen minutes, longer if you want. You ask, we answer. What happens next is entirely up to you.

Before you book

Common questions

Yes. There’s no charge and nothing to sign up for. We do it because people who understand the process have a better experience, whether they end up buying here or not.

No. Plenty of people keep their camera off and just watch, especially on a vehicle walkaround. You can also pick a phone call instead when you book.

No. Nothing on this page runs your credit. We can discuss your situation without pulling anything. When you’re ready to see numbers, pre-qualifying uses a soft inquiry that doesn’t affect your score.

That’s often the most useful time to talk. If there’s something worth doing with your credit or your trade between now and then, better to know about it now than the week you need a car.

Yes. Pick the service option when you book and we’ll put you with an advisor. They can usually tell you whether something is urgent and what’s likely involved. If it needs a shop visit, you can schedule service from there.

We’ll follow up once to see if you have more questions. Tell us to stop and we stop. That’s the whole policy.

Ask the question you came here with

Fifteen minutes with someone who does this every day, before you spend a Saturday on it.

Virtual car buying help on the Mississippi Gulf Coast

Buying or servicing a car can feel like something you’re supposed to already know how to do. Most people do it a handful of times in their life, and the parts that feel confusing are confusing because nobody explains them. A short call is the cheapest way to fix that.

These calls are for anyone in Biloxi, Gulfport, D’Iberville, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula and the surrounding communities. You don’t need to be ready to buy, and you don’t need to have picked anything out. Ask about a vehicle, ask how approval works, or ask what a noise in your engine probably means.

If you’d rather read than talk, our financing guides cover credit situations, income documentation and how a deal is put together. If you already know what you want, you can pre-qualify with no credit score impact, get a trade offer, or apply for financing directly.

A virtual consult is an informational conversation only. It is not a credit application, a financing offer, an appraisal, or a repair estimate, and nothing discussed on a call is binding on either party. Booking a call does not result in a credit inquiry of any kind.

Pre-qualification, where referenced, uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score and is not a commitment to lend. Credit approval, terms and vehicle availability are subject to lender approval and are determined only after a completed application on a specific vehicle. Any service guidance given on a call is preliminary and subject to inspection at the dealership.
