Ford Pickup & Delivery is a complimentary service from Ford Motor Company and participating dealers like Astro Ford. Instead of driving to the dealership for service, an Astro Ford driver picks up your vehicle from your home or office, drives it to our service department in D’Iberville for the scheduled work and returns it to you when complete. Pickup & Delivery is part of Ford’s You Mode mobile service experience, alongside Ford Mobile Service.¹

Yes — the Pickup & Delivery service itself is complimentary for FordPass^® Rewards members. The number of complimentary Pickup & Delivery services per year depends on your FordPass Rewards tier (Bronze: 1 per year, Silver: 2 per year, Blue: unlimited for one year). The complimentary benefit covers the round-trip transportation only — it does not include parts or repair charges, which are billed separately based on the service performed.^1,2

Any Ford vehicle qualifies for Pickup & Delivery regardless of age, model year or mileage. The vehicle must be driveable — nonoperational vehicles are not eligible and require a Ford Roadside Assistance event instead. Distance restrictions apply based on your location relative to Astro Ford in D’Iberville.

All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible — including routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, brake service, A/C service, diagnostics, recall work and most mechanical or electrical repairs. The only requirement is that your vehicle is driveable. If you have a major collision repair or your vehicle isn’t operational, contact Ford Roadside Assistance instead.

When scheduling, select Pickup & Delivery as your service option, provide your pickup and drop-off addresses, and confirm the timing with our service team.

No, same-day appointments are not available for Ford Pickup & Delivery. The service requires advance scheduling so we can coordinate driver availability, service-bay scheduling and parts on hand. Book at least one day ahead — or further out for warranty and recall work that may require parts ordering.

Loaner vehicles are at the discretion of Astro Ford and depend on availability and the type of service being performed. Most Pickup & Delivery appointments do not include a loaner because your vehicle returns to you the same day or shortly after — but for longer repairs, alternative arrangements may be available. With Pickup & Delivery, your vehicle is transported to and from Astro Ford’s service department where work is performed in our shop. Ford Mobile Service brings a Ford-trained technician directly to your driveway or another eligible location to perform light maintenance and repairs without your vehicle ever leaving home. Pickup & Delivery handles the full range of warranty and customer-pay repairs; Mobile Service is geared toward routine maintenance and lighter repair work.
