No. There is no deductible on the program. All parts and labor are covered 100%.
No. You don’t pay for covered repairs out of pocket. All repairs are paid via credit card by the program administrator. Just make sure repairs are authorized in advance — unauthorized repairs will not be covered.
Towing and rental coverage are not included in your Warranty Forever® agreement. However, if you also purchased an extended service contract, that contract likely covers those benefits.

Your driving and environmental conditions may require additional service to keep your vehicle running at peak performance. While only the minimum services in your agreement are required to maintain coverage, we strongly recommend following dealership service suggestions.

Not required, but strongly recommended. ASE technicians are nationally certified for competency across automotive disciplines. Look for the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence® logo at qualified shops.
Call 1-855-322-5745 to pre-authorize service at any licensed facility while traveling. If you’re 150 miles or more from Astro Ford and have a breakdown covered by your agreement, you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility — but the repair must be pre-authorized first. You’ll receive a unique pre-authorization code to keep for your records.
