The 2026 Ford Ranger Raptor is a purpose-built off-road performance pickup — not a trim level in the traditional sense. It shares the Ranger name but is engineered around an entirely different mission. 3.0L EcoBoost V6 HO producing 405 hp and 430 lb-ft is paired exclusively with FOX Racing Shocks with Live Valve Technology and a unique Watts-Link rear suspension that no other Ranger receives.
Every Raptor is 4x4 standard (no 4x2 option) with locking front and rear differentials, 33-inch all-terrain tires, 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, and steel skid plates protecting the engine, transfer case, and fuel tank. The 7 selectable drive modes include Normal, Sport, Slippery, Off-Road, Mud/Ruts, Sand, Rock Crawl, and Baja.
Inside, the Raptor pairs serious off-road hardware with daily-driver refinement: ActiveX sport-bolstered seats with Code Orange accents, the standard 12-inch SYNC 4A touchscreen, 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster with Raptor graphics, dual-zone automatic climate, BLIS with Trailer Coverage, and a standard 360-degree camera. Maximum towing is rated at 5,510 lbs (Raptor's tuning prioritizes off-road over peak tow loads).
