The 2026 Ford Maverick XLT is the value sweet spot — the most popular trim in the Maverick lineup with meaningful comfort and convenience upgrades over XL. Standard remote start, push-button start with Intelligent Access, dual-zone climate, and 17-inch aluminum wheels make daily commuting noticeably more refined.
The XLT keeps the 2.5L hybrid as standard with up to 42 city MPG and adds two new options for 2026: the available Power Moonroof (XLT and Lariat exclusive) and the FX4 Off-Road Package now extending to XLT. Towing capability scales from 2,000 lbs standard to 4,000 lbs with the available 4K Tow Package and 2.0L EcoBoost.
Every XLT comes with FordPass Connect with 5G modem, the 13.2-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen, and the FlexBed cargo system standard. Co-Pilot360 includes Pre-Collision Assist, Lane-Keeping System, and Auto High-Beams; upgrade to Co-Pilot360 Assist+ for adaptive cruise with Stop & Go.

Standard hybrid powertrain pairs the 2.5L Atkinson I-4 with a permanent magnet electric motor for class-leading 42 city MPG. Smooth power delivery with FWD standard, AWD available.
2.0L EcoBoost I-4
Turbocharged 2.0L EcoBoost delivers 250 hp and 280 lb-ft for stronger acceleration and the highest 4,000-lb tow rating when properly equipped. AWD only on Lobo and Tremor.

Every Maverick XLT includes the 2.5L Hybrid (191 hp) powertrain, FlexBed cargo system (4.5-foot bed with 6 tie-downs), 13.2-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, FordPass Connect with 5G modem, and Ford Co-Pilot360 safety technology. SuperCrew (4-door, 5-passenger) is the only configuration.
Starting at $30,645 MSRP (before $1,695 destination). Adding Intelligent AWD adds about $1,000; the 2.0L EcoBoost adds about $1,500-$2,500 depending on configuration.
The XLT comes standard with the 2.5L Hybrid (191 hp). The 2.0L EcoBoost (250 hp / 280 lb-ft) is also available with FWD or AWD.
4,000 lb. With the available 4K Trailer Tow Package (53Q) and 2.0L EcoBoost engine. Standard towing without the package is 2,000 lbs.
The Lariat starts at $36,345 and adds premium materials and tech (ActiveX trimmed seats, B&O 10-speaker audio, projector LED headlamps, 360-degree camera, Co-Pilot360 Assist+).
