The 2026 Ford Maverick Lobo is all-new for 2026 and unlike anything else in the compact truck segment. It's a street-performance Maverick that looks and drives differently from every other trim — lowered suspension, 19-inch black turbofan wheels, unique fascia, and the only Maverick with a 7-speed quick-shift transmission and paddle shifters available.
Power comes exclusively from the 2.0L EcoBoost with Advanced 4WD and a Twin-Clutch Rear Drive Unit (the same hardware used on Tremor, but tuned for pavement performance). Performance-tuned springs, shocks, and ride height give the Lobo handling characteristics no other Maverick can match. There's nothing else in the compact truck segment that drives like this.
The Lobo is offered in two equipment grades: Standard (402A) at $37,775 and High (402A) with additional content. Both come with ActiveX sport-bolstered seating, a unique gauge cluster theme, blackout exterior trim, fog lamps, and projector LED headlamps. Towing is rated at 2,000 lbs (no 4K Tow Package available).
Advanced 4WD with Twin-Clutch RDU
Same hardware as Tremor, tuned for pavement performance. Torque-vectoring rear drive unit.
7-Spd Quick-Shift Transmission
Lobo-exclusive 7-speed transmission with available paddle shifters (+$300). No other Maverick has this.
Performance-Tuned Suspension
Lowered ride height, unique springs and shocks. The Maverick that handles like a sport sedan.

Every Maverick Lobo includes the 2.0L EcoBoost AWD (250 hp) powertrain, FlexBed cargo system (4.5-foot bed with 6 tie-downs), 13.2-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, FordPass Connect with 5G modem, and Ford Co-Pilot360 safety technology. SuperCrew (4-door, 5-passenger) is the only configuration.
Starting at $37,775 MSRP (before $1,695 destination). The Lobo is offered in one powertrain configuration only.
The Lobo comes standard with the 2.0L EcoBoost AWD (250 hp). The 2.5L Hybrid is not available on the Lobo.
2,000 lb. The 4K Trailer Tow Package is not available on Lobo due to its specialized tuning. Standard towing without the package is 2,000 lbs.
The Tremor starts at $40,645 and adds off-road specialization (Tremor offers a different mission than Lobo: 1-inch lift, all-terrain tires, skid plates, Trail Control vs Lobo street-performance setup).
