The 2026 Ford Maverick Lariat is the most premium hybrid-standard compact truck in America. ActiveX trimmed seating, projector LED headlamps, B&O Sound System (10 speakers), 360-degree camera, and the new Power Moonroof option transform the daily compact truck experience into something genuinely upscale.
Standard equipment includes the 13.2-inch SYNC 4 with Connected Navigation, 12-inch digital instrument cluster, heated and ventilated front ActiveX seats, wireless charging pad, and Co-Pilot360 Assist+ with Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go and Lane Centering. The Lariat keeps the 2.5L hybrid standard with 42 city MPG.
For 2026, Lariat seats are ActiveX trimmed rather than leather (durable synthetic that handles heat, cold, and cleaning better than leather). The FX4 Off-Road Package is available, combining the Lariat's premium interior with off-road suspension, all-terrain tires, and Trail Control.

2.5L Atkinson I-4 Hybrid
Standard hybrid powertrain pairs the 2.5L Atkinson I-4 with a permanent magnet electric motor for class-leading 42 city MPG. Smooth power delivery with FWD standard, AWD available.
2.0L EcoBoost I-4
Turbocharged 2.0L EcoBoost delivers 250 hp and 280 lb-ft for stronger acceleration and the highest 4,000-lb tow rating when properly equipped. AWD only on Lobo and Tremor.

Every Maverick Lariat includes the 2.5L Hybrid (191 hp) powertrain, FlexBed cargo system (4.5-foot bed with 6 tie-downs), 13.2-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, FordPass Connect with 5G modem, and Ford Co-Pilot360 safety technology. SuperCrew (4-door, 5-passenger) is the only configuration.
Starting at $36,345 MSRP (before $1,695 destination). Adding Intelligent AWD adds about $1,000; the 2.0L EcoBoost adds about $1,500-$2,500 depending on configuration.
The Lariat comes standard with the 2.5L Hybrid (191 hp). The 2.0L EcoBoost (250 hp / 280 lb-ft) is also available with FWD or AWD.
4,000 lb. With the available 4K Trailer Tow Package (53Q) and 2.0L EcoBoost engine. Standard towing without the package is 2,000 lbs.
The Tremor starts at $40,645 and adds off-road capability (1-inch lifted suspension, all-terrain tires, skid plates, Trail Control, Advanced 4WD).
