The 2026 Ford Ranger XLT is the value sweet spot in the Ranger lineup — the most popular trim with meaningful comfort and convenience upgrades over XL. Standard remote start, push-button start with Intelligent Access, the Sport Appearance Package, and dual-zone available climate make daily driving noticeably more refined.
The XLT is offered in two build packages: Standard (300A) and High (301A). The High package adds Co-Pilot360, heated front seats, power-adjustable driver seat, the 12-inch SYNC 4A touchscreen, dual-zone automatic climate control, and the power-sliding rear window. For 2026, the available Power Moonroof joins the XLT options list (XLT and Lariat exclusive).
The XLT is the only non-Lariat trim that can be optioned with the 2.7L EcoBoost V6 (315 hp / 400 lb-ft) — mandatory 4x4 required. Combined with the FX4 Off-Road Package, the XLT 2.7L 4x4 with FX4 is the most capable non-Raptor configuration in the Ranger lineup.

Standard turbocharged 2.3L EcoBoost delivers 270 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. Available in 4x2 or 4x4 configurations across XL, XLT, and Lariat trims.
2.7L EcoBoost V6
Available twin-turbocharged 2.7L EcoBoost V6 with 315 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. Mandatory 4x4. Available on XLT and Lariat only.

The XLT comes standard with the 2.3L EcoBoost (270 hp). The 2.7L EcoBoost V6 (315 hp / 400 lb-ft) is also available with mandatory 4x4 selection.
